User Agreement: General Terms and Conditions – CaptainsBet

This document (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) establishes the legal framework for using the services provided by CaptainsBet. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these rules, covering payments, wagering, account security, and promotions within the Kenyan market.

Agreement and Eligibility

To participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must:

Account Creation and Identification

Kenyan Taxation on Winnings

Please be advised that a 20% Withholding Tax (or the current rate mandated by the Kenya Revenue Authority) is applied to all gambling winnings. Wagering Rules and Fair Play

Once a wager is confirmed by the system, it cannot be canceled or modified by the user. CaptainsBet provides real-time updates for live betting markets, but we are not liable for delays caused by network performance or third-party data providers.
